Easy, creamy and delicious peanut butter fudge that will melt in your mouth. A bite size holiday snack you will enjoy!

Chocolate fudge seems to steal the show but where are my peanut butter fans at? Peanut butter fudge is my absolute favorite dessert to not only make and enjoy during the Christmas season but to give as gifts year round to family and friends. It is super easy to make and they all rave about how good it is. In general, I am a lover of peanut butter so the fact that I can’t stop eating it is no big surprise either. The creamy peanut butter mixed with sugar in those bite size squares puts a smile on my face everytime. If your a peanut butter fanatic, this is a great no bake treat to add to your list to make each year.
Ingredients Needed
- Creamy peanut butter
- Ghee
- Maple Syrup
- Monk Fruit Sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
- Oat Flour
- Almond Flour
- Sea Salt
- Powered sugar (optional)
How to Make
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. You will create a smooth batter. Place in refrigerator for up to 30 minutes so the batter gets firmer. You do not want it to be runny. Take out and place in molds. Put molds back in the refrigerator for minimum 60 minutes to harden. Take out of molds and using a sharp knife cut into bite size squares to enjoy. I love adding a dusting of powered sugar to them but it is totally optional.

What type of peanut butter do you use?
Creamy peanut butter is going to be the best for smoothness and consistency. If you want a more crunchy peanut butter fudge than crunchy peanut butter.
Variations/Substitutions
- Ghee– if your not concerned about dairy, you can easily swap out ghee for melted butter.
- Monk fruit sweetener– any type of sugar and or sweetener of choice. I like using monk fruit because it will not raise your blood sugar.
- Creamy peanut butter– if you want your peanut butter fudge to be crunchy use crunchy peanut butter.
- Maple Syrup– you can use honey.
- Oat flour– no substitute as the oat flour gives the fudge the light texture that I feel works best for this recipe.

How to Store Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut butter fudge will last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a sealed container. You can freeze it for up to 3 months in a freezer safe airtight sealed bag/container. Because of it’s consistency, even when frozen, it doesn’t need to be unthawed. It just is a bit firmer. Sit it out on the counter for a few minutes then enjoy!
