CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PUDDING POPS

Sharing is caring!

Packed with protein and sweetness these creamy chocolate-blueberry treats will be a delight for kids and adults alike.

Remember those chocolate pudding pops as a kid? I do and I loved them! Such a yummy treat on a hot summer day. I decided to add a bit of a twist and throw blueberries plus some protein. The combination is absolutely delicious. These pudding pops are not made with pudding but taste as if they are. The key is the chocolate protein powder has the taste of chocolate pudding. A great way to get in some extra protein. It averages roughly 8.3 grams of protein per pop. That's a nice little protein boost midday. I'm using Julian Bakery Paleo Thin Double Chocolate. Mixed with almond milk the consistency is that of chocolate pudding. Yum!
