This slow cooker creamy sausage and potato soup is perfect on a cold winters day. The blend of sausage, potatoes and creamy corn in a slow cooker makes it an excellent filling dish to have on the dinner table.

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 45 cups yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 (12oz) can of evaporated milk
  • 1 (150z) can creamed style corn
  • 1 (15oz) can of southwestern style corn (with poblano and bell peppers)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir and cover.
  5. Cook on low 6-8 hours until the potatoes are tender (or on high 3-4 hours).
