  • Author: Emily

  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

This simple to put together Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board features heart shaped cheeses, pepperoni roses (including how to), Valentine’s Day candies, gluten free crackers and raspberries.

  • 8oz block cheddar cheese
  • 8oz block pepper jack cheese
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 1520 crackers
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 810 heart shaped chocolates
  • Valentine’s conversation hearts
  • Valentine’s M&M’s candies

  1. Slice your blocks of cheese in half lengthwise so you have two rectangular blocks. Then make the cheese hearts using the heart shaped cutter.
  2. Make the pepperoni roses. See the how to in the blog post for exact instructions.
  3. Arrange the crackers onto your board, starting from the top left, then stacking down on an angle, 1-2 inches from the bottom right corner.
  4. Place a pepperoni rose above and below the crackers, in the center of your line of crackers.
  5. Arrange cheddar cheese hearts above the crackers, to the right of the pepperoni rose to help hold it in place. Do the same with the pepper jack cheese to the left of the bottom rose.
  6. Add Conversation Hearts under the bottom pepperoni rose and to the right, until you meet the crackers.
  7. Add another pepperoni rose under the cheddar cheese hearts, against the crackers.
  8. Add chocolate hearts under the pepperoni rose, filling the bottom corner of the board.
  9. Add raspberries all around the cheddar cheese hearts, meeting at the pepperoni roses, and also to the left of the pepper jack cheese, filling in that left side.
  10. Add M&M’s above and next to the top rose, and above the chocolate hearts. Then add the final pepperoni rose to the top right corner.

  • Have fun with the board!
  • When initially slicing the cheese, you can choose to do 2 or 3 slices instead of one, to make the cheese a bit thinner.
  • You can use other meats to make the roses such as salami or ham.
