Description

This Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos are the perfect appetizer, game day snack or a great addition to serve at any party. The crunchy corn chips, tender shredded chicken is smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce then topped with two cheeses will sure be a crowd pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 (12oz) bag corn tortilla chips
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 red onion- chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the shredded chicken in a bowl with about 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and salt. Save the remaining BBQ sauce for later.
  3. Add chips to the baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Spoon the BBQ chicken evenly over the chips. Drizzle on the nacho cheese and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce on top.
  7. Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onions. Enjoy!

  • These nachos are best served immediately.
  • Choose sturdy corn chips that can hold the toppings.
  • Layer ingredients so that everything will bake evenly.
