Description
This Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos are the perfect appetizer, game day snack or a great addition to serve at any party. The crunchy corn chips, tender shredded chicken is smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce then topped with two cheeses will sure be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 (12oz) bag corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 red onion- chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the shredded chicken in a bowl with about 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and salt. Save the remaining BBQ sauce for later.
- Add chips to the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Spoon the BBQ chicken evenly over the chips. Drizzle on the nacho cheese and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce on top.
- Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onions. Enjoy!
Notes
- These nachos are best served immediately.
- Choose sturdy corn chips that can hold the toppings.
- Layer ingredients so that everything will bake evenly.
