Description

Pumpkin Spice Eggnog is the ultimate holiday drink that combines the creamy richness of traditional eggnog with the warm, comforting flavors of pumpkin and spice. It's a festive treat that you will want to sip on all season long.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups milk (whole, 2% or creamy planted based)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (or full fat coconut cream for dairy free)
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 6 large pasteurized eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings: whipped cream, crushed graham cracker, cinnamon or extra nutmeg.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute until smooth, creamy and frothy.
  3. Chill if desired, or serve immediately over ice.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream or cinnamon if you like.

Notes

  • Use real pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Use high speed blender or food processor to make.
  • Let chill before serving.
  • Storage: Place in an airtight container or sealed mason jar for up to 3 days.
