Description

This lean green protein smoothie is the perfect blend of protein, carbs and healthy fats to keep you full until your next meal. Great for breakfast, snacktime or after a workout.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 oz coconut water
  • 4 oz apple juice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup zucchini (chopped)
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1/2 granny smith apple (diced)
  • 1/4 avocado (diced)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded ginger
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Chop up all ingredients. 
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until everything is smooth.

Notes

  • Depending on your blender, you might want to blend water, ice and spinach first to puree then additional ingredients.
  • To make vegan, use vegan protein powder.
