Description

These gluten free no bake cake pops are the perfect sweet treat made with real ingredients and easy assembly.

Instructions

  1. Place a silicone mat or parchment paper on cookie sheet
  2. Crumble cookies into food processor
  3. Cut cream cheese into 4 equal pieces and place into food processor
  4. Process cookies and cream cheese until combined
  5. Roll mixture into individual balls and place on tray
  6. Insert cake pop sticks into each ball
  7. Place tray in freezer for 1 hour
  8. Take frosting out of container and place in mixing bowl
  9. Using a hand held mixer, whip frosting until fluffy
  10. Take tray out of freezer and coat the pops in frosting
  11. Add sprinkles if desired
  12. Place back in freezer for additional hour
  13. Take out of freezer then let sit for 15 minutes to unthaw before enjoying!
