Garlic Salmon and Lemon Broccoli Sheet Pan

Garlic Salmon and Lemon Broccoli sheet pan is the perfect addition to your weeknight meal rotation. The flavors will explode in your mouth and can be made in under 30 minutes.


  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves (crushed)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat and place salmon on sheet.
  3. Crush garlic over the salmon.
  4. Place broccoli around salmon and throughout the cookie sheet.
  5. Slice lemon then squeeze over top of the broccoli.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.


  • Add any spices you like to the salmon or vegetables for extra flavor such as dill, onion powder or cilantro.
  • Cook time will vary depending on oven from 20-25 minutes.
