Garlic Salmon and Lemon Broccoli sheet pan is the perfect addition to your weeknight meal rotation. The flavors will explode in your mouth and can be made in under 30 minutes.

Ya’ll know I love a good sheet pan meal. Busy mom with two littles and a baby on the way calls for quick, easy dinners. My husband works the afternoon shift so it’s just myself and the kids for dinner six nights out of the week. This garlic salmon and lemon broccoli sheet pan meal comes in handy as it’s so easy to throw together then just pop in the oven. It takes less than 30 minutes and my kiddos love it, therefore, one happy mama. If you are using parchment paper or these silicone mats, clean up is even easier.
What You’ll Need:
- Salmon Fillet
- Broccoli
- Lemon
- Garlic (crushed)
How Simple Is It To Make?
Super simple! Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat and lay salmon fillet on top. Place broccoli florets around the salmon and filling in the tray. Using a garlic press or already crushed garlic, place over top salmon. Cut then squeeze the juice from a lemon over the broccoli. Pop in oven for 20-25 minutes and voila dinner is served.
What I Love About This Recipe
- Simple– the simplicity of it is golden. You place items on a tray, slide in the oven and walk away.
- Flavors– garlic on salmon makes the flavors of the salmon explode. Couple that with the lemon on the broccoli and what a fantastic combo.
- Healthy– I love feeding my family good food that is very nutrient dense. Salmon is one of the top fish out there for omega-3’s. Broccoli has lots of phytonutrients. Garlic is wonderful for the immune system. Lemon is great for digestion and the bodies natural detox processes. For those doing a Whole 30 or paleo lifestyle, this meal checks all the boxes.
Benefits Of Eating Salmon
Salmon is an oily, fatty fish. As mentioned above, it is a great source of DHA, EHA which are omega-3 fatty acids. Omega 3’s can protect the brain and heart. Salmon is a great source of protein with 36 grams per 6 oz. The best salmon to look for when buying is wild caught.
What Could I Serve With This Sheet Pan Meal?
If your looking for something extra to add, I suggest this cilantro-lime cauliflower rice. The salmon would be perfect on top. You could also add on top of a bed of lettuce and turn into a salad bowl.
