Baked Baklava Chicken Wings

These baklava chicken wings are a delightful twist on baked chicken wings. With the Greek flavors, you will absolutely be coming back for more. Great as an appetizer, snack, side dish and sure to be a party pleaser. They are sweet, savory and a little sticky. They are also paleo friendly.


  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pistachios (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken wings with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well making sure the honey has covered all of the wings.
  3. Add the wings to a single layer 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to 400 degrees F.
  6. Remove the wings and coat them with the walnuts and pistachios.
  7. Bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until browned and cooked completely.


  • Add more honey if you need to fully coat the chicken wings.
