- Team colors: Get creative with your favorite team by using colored icing.
- Mini footballs: Make bite sized versions for party platters.

EMILY'S TIPS
- Use certified gluten free rice krispies style cereal. I like the brands One Degree Organic Cocoa Crisps, Mom's Best Crispy Cocoa Rice, and Cascadian Farm Organic Cocoa Crispy Rice.
- Melt the marshmallows slowly. It is best to do this over low heat to prevent burning and grainy texture.
- Stir marshmallows constantly. Once they begin melting you want to keep stirring for smooth consistency.
- Let them cool slightly before shaping. This helps avoid burning.
- Use a football shaped cookie cutter. For clean, uniform shapes. If you don't have a cookie cutter, you can also use a football shaped mold.
- Add icing after cooling completely. You don't want the icing to melt.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS

If you want to keep with the sweetness then this Brownie Batter Dip or Baklava Chicken Wings will satisfy the sweet tooth alongside these football treats.

STORAGE
